This division is the backbone of the company, it comprises a number of experienced engineers with accredited certificates reflecting their competency as well as the ability to hold any responsibilities, they specialize in right to left beginning languages.
The role of this division is:
- Primary preparation for the project to facilitate the work running steps during the project implementation with its different stages.
- Solving any impediments or technical problems that may face the localizers or the DTP engineers.
- Providing the translation division with the technical support to enable the localizers understanding any technical meaning to guarantee the accuracy of translation.
- Running the servers in the company including that which saves projects VSS.
- Implementing all the systems that the company needs as ( Administration , accounting, and bug systems…)
Actually, the company general manager heads this division because of its Pivotal role and importance.
